Tailored IME Assessments and Reports
Each assessment will be tailored to the specific circumstances of the examinee's case.
The examinees are referred by a solicitor or other agency with a detailed referral.
If necessary, expert verbal testimony may be provided to assist in Court and Tribunal matters.
Reports can often be provided within one to two weeks or as arranged. Urgent Reports, when specifically requested, can be provided within 24 to 48 hours.
Assessments are undertaken at our rooms in Richmond or via Video Conferencing.

Our Foundation
With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Nitin Dharwadkar and his colleagues understand the Medico-Legal interface.
We have worked extensively with insurance companies, private legal practitioners, Legal Aid, Victorian Workcover(Worksafe Victoria), TAC, Comcare. Our IMEs are trained in WorkCover and Impairment evaluations. They have experience working as Independent Medical Examiners (IME) and as special expert witnesses for the County Court, the Suprement Court and the Coroners Court. In addition to pursuing Medico-Legal practice, our specialists understand the importance of ensuring ongoing clinical practice and managing medical conditions. We have extensive experience across the range of legal jurisdictions of the Civil Justice System.
