Key Court Cases

The preparation of a Medico-Legal Report is based on a face-to-face assessment, documents or, ideally, both. 

In Court related matters, the solicitor/Barrister  will usually ask detailed questions to ensure that the Expert Witness assists the Court by fully explaining relevant details of their client’s situation in a way that will suit the legal approach to the case.  A few of the cases in which we have prepared reports and given expert evidence include:
